Beth Lilly founded Woodland Partners in 1996 and is the portfolio manager of the Woodland Small Cap Value Fund. Her investment style focuses companies that are undergoing identifiable change, inexpensively valued, managed in the interest of shareholders, and not well understood by Wall St. In 2002, Woodland Parners was acquired by Gabelli Asset Management.

Prior to founding Woodland Partners, Beth spent 6 years as a Manager at First Asset Management (FAM)—spending four years as a manager/analyst for FAM’s core value portfolios, followed by two years as the manager of FAM’s regional small cap value portfolios.

Beth began her career with Goldman, Sachs in 1985 and worked for Fund American and St. Paul Companies. Beth holds a BA in Economics from Hobart/William Smith College.
