Mr. Sobol is a portfolio manager and senior analyst with Loews Corporation, the holding company controlled by the Tisch family. A generalist, Mr. Sobol searches for value across a firm’s capital structure, often in distressed or special situations.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Sobol held positions with Dreyfus and American Express. He earned a B.S. in Agricultural Economics from Cornell University in 1992 and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 2002.
