Stephen Trent covers the Latin America utilities, cement, aerospace & transportation, and real estate sectors for Citigroup Investment Research. Steve was named lead analyst of these sectors in March 2003, and has been an integral member of this team since he joined the firm in June 1999. Prior to that, he worked for two and a half years as a rotating corporate finance associate with Banc of America Securities. Steve achieved a Runner-Up ranking in the Institutional Investor magazine's 2005 poll for the Latin America aerospace & transportation sector. He has an MBA degree from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and earned his BA from the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated magna cum laude.
