Mike Roth is a Founding Principal of Stark Investments and oversees the Firm's marketing, investor relations, and administration efforts. In addition, he shares responsibility for the Firm's investment strategies, capital allocation, corporate governance, and strategic planning. Stark is a global alternative investment firm providing multi-asset investment capabilities through a diverse array of fundamental and quantitative strategies to investors worldwide. The Firm was founded in 1992 by Brian Stark and Mike Roth and currently has approximately $14 billion of investor capital under management. Prior to joining Brian Stark in 1988, Mike practiced law at Covington & Burling in Washington, D.C., where he specialized in antitrust and regulatory litigation. Mike earned his law degree from Harvard Law School (1980) and his Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (1977).
